Saturday Night Chicken

1 cup celery — diced

1 onion — minced

1 tablespoon green pepper — minced

2 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk

1 chicken bouillon cube — optional

1 can mushroom soup

3 cups cooked chicken — cubed

6 ounces wide noodles — cooked

Preheat oven to 375° F. Saute the celery, onion, and pepper. Stir in flour, milk, bouillon cube, and soup, and simmer until thoroughly mixed. Fold in chicken cubes and noodles. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
