Chicken Recipes – Chicken-Rice Casserole Recipe
1 cut-up chicken
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup raw onion, chopped
garlic powder
pepper
2 tbls soy sauce
Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Pour mixture into 13″ X 9″ pan. Place chicken pieces skin side up on top of mixture. Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and paprika.
Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or til rice is tender.
Turn oven down to 350 degrees, uncover and continue baking until chicken is crisp.
